Lecoultre Powerwind Circa 1950s
LeCoultre Powerwind
This model features a 34mm case with a screw-back caseback. The case has been previously polished but still retains sharp and well-defined lugs. Powered by the Caliber 481, the Powerwind was the first watch to feature a power reserve indicator. I always prefer stainless steel timepieces, and this one checks a lot of boxes. The shape of the case adapts elegantly to the wrist, and the subtle red accents on the dial make it an especially attractive and unique design.
Now available!
Case and Bracelet:
The case shows minor polish and retains thick lugs and, the unsigned crown is correct to the model. It is paired with a beads of rice bracelet that would fit a 7.5 inch wrist.
Dial & Hands:
The radium lume on the hands and hour markers matches perfectly and the dial surface has aged magnificently to a light cream hue.
